KEYSTONE TO BUILD NEW HQ FOR
DESIGNED TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES INC.
ST. LOUIS, June 15, 2000 - Keystone Construction Co. has
been selected as design/build contractor for the new
headquarters for Designed Telecommunication Services, Inc.
(DTS), announced Bill Hardie, president of Keystone
Construction Co. DTS is an international company
specializing in complete engineering, furnishing and
installation services.
The new 40,000-sqaure-foot office building will be
located in the Spirit Trade Center in Chesterfield Valley.
The two-story, tilt-up project is scheduled to begin
construction this summer and is expected to be completed in
early 2001. The facility will be highlighted by a curved
concrete colonnade at the entry plaza. A two-story glass
curtain wall will act as a reflective backdrop to this
sculptural element. Currently in the design phase, the
office project is estimated to cost $2,500,000. David W.
Dial Architects is the architect for the project.

of DTS. "Keystone has worked with numerous other high-tech
companies and we believe they are a great match for
DTS."
DTS began its operation in 1991 with six employees and
today has over 200 employees. DTS has additional offices and
warehouses in Kansas City, Mo.; Stroud, Okla.; and Dallas
and Houston, Texas. DTS provides engineering and
installation services for Bell Operating Companies'
switching centers.
Founded in 1987, Keystone Construction Co. specializes in
design/build office, manufacturing and high tech
environments. The company recently built a new
70,000-square-feet facility for Insight Technology Group,
one of the fastest growing technology companies in the St.
Louis area and the country. Keystone also has recently
completed the office/lab retrofit for LINCO Research, Inc.,
also named one of the Fast 50 in 1999, located in the
Missouri Research Park.
